Situation Update - Northern Arizona VA Health Care System http://www.prescott.va.gov/PRESCOTT/emergency/index.asp Emergency Response and Information Wed, 26 Oct 2011 08:50:00 MDT Situation Update - Northern Arizona VA Health Care System http://www.prescott.va.gov/PRESCOTT/emergency/index.asp The repaving of Lot C (in front of Building 117 - Outpatient clinic) will commence Thursday, October 27th starting at 5:00 pm.

The project consists of two phases with each phase taking up approximately ½ of the parking lot. Phase 1 will address ½ the lot that is closest to the building. Work will occur from October 27th thru October 30th, with this phase being complete by Monday, October 31st. Phase II is scheduled from Monday, October 31st thru Friday November 4th. The entire parking lot is scheduled to be re-opened Monday, November 7th.

NAVAHCS staff that currently use Lot C are requested to utilize the new parking lot next to the Dom, Building 151 and/or other parking areas until further notice.  Please observe all detour signs, flaggers, and construction barriers.

The major repair and resurfacing of roadways around the Prescott VAMC will continue. Parking in front of the hospital will be closed.  Please observe all detour signs, flaggers, and construction barriers.

Shuttle carts will provide continuous service for pick-up/drop off at designated shuttle stops around campus.   Construction schedule will be on going.  Please contact Facilities Management at (928) 445-4860, ext. 6028 for additional information.
