The Northern Arizona VAHCS encompasses the Bob Stump VA Medical Center on Hwy 89 N., seven Community Based Outpatient Clinics (Anthem, Chinle, Cottonwood, Flagstaff, Kingman, Lake Havasu City, and Chinle Comprehensive Care Facility) and two Primary Care Telehealth Outpatient Clinics in Holbrook and Page.
